We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in selling training products and a passion for education. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our training services and products by building strong relationships with educational institutions, corporations, and other clients seeking professional development and learning solutions. You will utilize your experience in the education sector to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to expand our market presence, and build long-lasting partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Development: Design and execute a results-driven sales strategy to grow adoption of AI/ML training products and services across educational institutions, corporate L&D programs, and individual tech professionals.
  • Market Expansion & Lead Generation: Identify high-potential business opportunities in the AI/ML education space. Drive lead generation through networking, industry events, social media, and outreach to academic and enterprise clients
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring satisfaction while uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell AI/ML learning solutions.
  • Product Expertise & Consultative Selling: Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to the evolving needs of AI/ML learners and organizations, showcasing the value and impact of the training offerings.
  • Collaboration & Market Insights: Work closely with marketing and operations to align campaigns and delivery. Track industry trends, analyze competitors in the AI/ML training space, and report on performance and pipeline to leadership.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A background in e-learning development would be an advantage.

Skillset

  • 3–5 years of proven success in business development or sales, specifically with training products, e-learning platforms, LMS, or educational services, targeting both academic institutions and corporate clients.
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM use, combined with strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder engagement, and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a deep understanding of educational market dynamics, pricing models, and the ability to leverage market research to shape sales strategies.
