Why You?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts across the APAC region, with a primary base in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cloud, SaaS, and AI/ML solutions, and a proven track record of building strategic relationships, exceeding sales targets, and driving revenue growth in enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closure—in the APAC region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at large enterprises.
  • Convert complex business challenges into actionable technical requirements and articulate compelling solution narratives that resonate with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to align client requirements with solution capabilities.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans, forecasts, and account strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to build brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting through CRM tools.

Qualification

  • 5–8 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in Cloud, SaaS, Data Engineering, or AI/ML domains.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Skillset

  • Strong understanding of the APAC market landscape and experience selling into this region.
  • Proven experience in selling to large enterprise clients across sectors like Finance, Telecom, Manufacturing, or Government.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical solutions and convey value to business users.
  • Strategic mindset with a consultative, solution-selling approach.
