SAP Project System(PS) Consultant

Description

Project structures shall be revised to allow assignment of Networks at the 3rd-level WBS, with WBS elements used mainly for structure and reporting while execution is driven through Network Activities. Network and Activity types shall support detailed planning of labour, materials, services, and procurement, with control keys, scheduling, and costing configured to make Network Activities primary cost objects. All account assignments shall shift from WBS to Network Activities to enable activity-level planning, execution, and cost tracking. Budgeting, availability control, and version management shall operate at the Network Activity level with real-time monitoring, baseline capture, supplementary budgeting, transfers, and re-appropriation for financial governance. Activity confirmations shall capture progress, manpower effort, and milestones to align operations with financial consumption. For existing projects, a structured transition strategy shall ensure reconciliation of budgets, commitments, and costs during migration. Settlement shall be configured at the Network Activity level with appropriate profiles, allocation structures, and receivers such as AuC, assets, or cost centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform enhancements, re-configuration, and customization as per business requirements

• Conduct testing to ensure system changes meet functional and technical expectations

• Provide deployment support for implemented changes across SAP modules

• Deliver knowledge transfer for all changes made in SAP modules to relevant stakeholders

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree

• Valid SAP certification in the module the consultant is proposed to be deployed for.

Skillset

• Minimum 7 (seven) years of overall SAP ERP experience

• Minimum 2 (two) SAP ERP ECC 6.0 implementation / re-engineering projects
