SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) Consultant

Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated SAP FICO Consultant with 7 to 12 years of experience in SAP, including at least two SAP ERP ECC 6.0 implementation or re-engineering projects. The role involves configuring and enhancing FICO processes to align with Network Activity-based project execution, ensuring seamless integration with PS and MM modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconfigure PS–MM–FICO integration to ensure all financial postings (actuals and commitments) flow to Network Activities.

• Enable automated recovery proposal and invoice posting based on Purchase Order conditions.

• Align primary and secondary cost elements with Network Activity-based cost collection.

• Configure Asset Accounting integration to support settlement from Network Activities to Assets under Construction (AuC) and fixed assets.

• Revise settlement rules, allocation structures, and profiles for Network Activity-wise settlement.

• Reconfigure FI and CO reports for activity-wise visibility of costs, commitments, and variances.

• Ensure reconciliation between PS, MM, and FICO modules.

• Perform enhancements, reconfiguration, customization, testing, deployment support, and knowledge transfer.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Valid SAP certification in the relevant module.

Skillset

• Minimum 7 years of overall SAP ERP experience.

• Experience in at least 2 SAP ERP ECC 6.0 implementation or re-engineering projects.

• Strong expertise in SAP FICO configuration and integration with PS and MM.

• Experience in cost element accounting, asset accounting, and settlement processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
