Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated SAP HCM Consultant with 7 to 12 years of experience in SAP, including at least two SAP ERP ECC 6.0 implementation or re-engineering projects. The role involves enhancing SAP HCM to support HR master data governance, workflow automation, payroll integration, and seamless integration with external web-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
Standardize and validate employee master data across key infotypes such as Organizational Assignment, Personal Data, Address, Basic Pay, and Bank Details.
Configure validation checks, audit trails, and data consistency mechanisms.
Restructure Organizational Management including organizational units, positions, and reporting relationships.
Configure position-based workflows, approval hierarchies, escalation rules, and substitute approvers.
Design and implement end-to-end workflows for employee services such as reimbursements, loans, leave, and approvals.
Configure workflow rules including multi-level approvals, escalation matrices, and notification mechanisms.
Configure Time Management including leave types, quotas, attendance, and validation rules.
Integrate Time Management with Payroll and workflow approvals.
Configure Payroll integration with FI including GL determination, postings, and recovery schedules.
Enable secure integration between SAP HCM and external web-based applications using RFC/BAPI/API.
Implement real-time synchronization of employee data, leave balances, and service request statuses.
Configure role-based access control and enforce segregation of duties (SoD).
Develop HR MIS reports and dashboards including custom Z-reports.
Implement compliance controls including validation rules, duplicate detection, and audit reporting.
Support testing phases including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.
Handle data migration, go-live support, and post-implementation stabilization.
Prepare documentation including FSDs, configuration documents, and user manuals.
Conduct training sessions for HR, IT teams, and end users.
Implement SAP OSS notes, enhancements, user exits, and BAdIs.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Valid SAP certification in the relevant module.
Skillset
Minimum 7 years of overall SAP ERP experience.
Experience in at least 2 SAP ERP ECC 6.0 implementation or re-engineering projects.
Strong expertise in SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll.
Experience in workflow automation and HR process digitization.
Knowledge of SAP integrations using RFC, BAPI, and APIs.
Strong understanding of HR compliance, audit, and data security practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
